We are committed to using ethically sourced US cotton in our products. This ensures that each piece is not only stylish but also soft and breathable, providing comfort for everyday wear.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering via DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket, depending on your location. The typical delivery time is between 3 to 8 business days, although items may arrive sooner. Each order is shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.

What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you receive the desired product promptly.

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
